1 CMD 设置代理

1.1 设置 HTTP 代理：

set http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890 & set https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:7890

1.2 socks5代理设置：

set https_proxy=socks5://127.0.0.1:7890

1.3 取消代理：

2 Git Bash 设置代理

2.1 设置 HTTP 代理：

2.2 设置 socks5代理：

2.3 取消代理：

3 PowerShell 设置代理
